2020 Companies is now hiring a Field Operations Service Coordinator representing our client, Samsung Electronics America.
The Field Operations Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to work being completed by Samsung Field Service Technicians. This position will deliver backend support, help to manage retailer visits and compliance, submit invoices, and manage tickets with outside service partners with the goal of expediting repairs for Samsung customers and partners.

Job Description:
Admin Support Role & Responsibilities
Create daily, weekly, and monthly internal/external reports, via Excel and PowerPoint
Develop and maintain Service Technician scorecards
Service Visit Compliance & Management
Ensure Service Technicians maintain establish cadence and visit protocols
Ticket management
Review and mange pending service tickets
Daily review to identify and help expedite/facilitate repairs for any abnormal, aging, or escalation tickets
Validate and optimize routes to pull forward aging tickets and schedule dealer visits
Complaint and issue follow up, revisit schedule
Claims Management/Billing
Audit warranty claims, all expenses and confirm amounts with servicers
Submit invoices to management system and confirm approvals and payment
Qualifications:
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point
