The Senior Manager—Partnerships & Business Development, US Digital Health, will report to the Head of Partnerships/BD and is responsible for the comprehensive acquisition and management of partnerships and customers in alignment with the Digital Health business strategy and goals.
Role and Responsibilities
Create Partnership/Business/Business Development strategy and plans in alignment with business goals and execute the plan.
Build and execute plans to grow hardware and software business.
Align strategy and plan with HQ/US Digital Health strategy and plans.
Acquire key customer and partner relationships that are aligned with specific account goals and KPIs and manage onboarding and ongoing relationships.
Contribute to Digital Health Partnerships & BD strategy development.
Develop specific Partner/Customer Acquisition strategies based on needs, and then perform research (create prospect lists) and outreach activities (including value proposition creation, presentations, etc. ) to promptly target relevant organizations.
Craft Contractual Propositions/Agreements and Conduct Agreement & Contractual Negotiations with prospects
Facilitate and Work with technical, SME, and other teams as needed during the targeting, negotiation, acquisition, and onboarding process to successfully onboard new partners/customers.
Come up with the appropriate account strategy and execution plan and document them in an account plan.
Execute appropriate outreach and pipeline growth strategies.
Build and execute enterprise-wide relationship plans at both the executive management and operational levels.
Elevate Samsung value to Customers/Partners
Serve as Product Category spokesperson (external) and evangelist (internal) to key partnerships/customers.
Provide inputs/guidance on Global and US Digital Health GTM Strategy—the voice of Partners/Customers, analyze the feedback, conduct gap analysis, and have a perspective and insights on market trends.
Serve as partner/customer evangelist within Samsung.
Provide and support analysis of competitive offerings.
Support other Sales, Partnership, Marketing, and Product activities as needed by the organization from time to time.

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
5-7 years of relevant experience
Track record of successful sale of Technology & Technology Consulting sales into Healthcare
Track record of successful Acquisition of New Customers as well as long-term Customer / Account Relationships with positive business outcomes (Including Revenue Growth)
Excellent written & oral communication skills with a proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations
Experience producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external customers and partners
Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively, both internally and with partners, customers
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions
Work is generally performed in an office environment.
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored, and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.
There will be significant travel to develop & manage business goals
The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $160,000 and $190,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
