Sanctions Manager

 

You will ensure compliance with Sanctions legislation for material procurement, production planning, and warehouse activities. As the Sanctions Manager, you'll collaborate with production, material planning, raw material supply, and warehouse teams to manage and control material and logistics flows, ensuring compliance with sanctions. This involves analyzing usage, POs, inventory, suppliers, and payment details. You will collect data from factory departments to assess material supply and production, aligning with Legal, HQ Sanctions, and other stakeholders. You'll also develop and implement local sanctions procedures based on HQ guidelines.
 

Position:
 

The Sanctions Managers will:
 

Ensure material and logistics flow's compliance with sanctions legislation Assess current and new supplies to sanctioned locations in terms of sanctions legislation and its updates, communicate the risks (when observed), and elaborate and implement an alternative solution Timely and precisely prepare, share, and align with stakeholders (HQ Sanctions, Legal, Treasury, Gl. Planning, etc) required reports for materials flows Lead local implementation of global sanctions validation/assessment projects Develop, align, publish, and implement local Sanction procedures and its updates

 

Requirements:
 

University degree (Logistics, BA or Engineering) At least 5 years of solid experience in the supply chain- planning, materials procurement, WH Experience with document preparation and assessment Working with sanctions/compliance topics is a plus Advanced level of English and Turkish knowledge Advanced level of MS Office applications, SAP, and PowerBI knowledge Attention to details Advanced analytical skills (especially with written documents) Pro-active mindset
