This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $28/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Sandblaster and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Coat, sand blast and water jetting + Measure the work area to calculate the time and materials required to complete the project + Prepare the surrounding area including covering fixtures and furniture to prevent messes + Prepare painting surfaces including removing old paint, filling holes & cracks and washing walls + Choose the tools to complete the job + Mix & match paints/colors to meet the texture and look required for the project + Apply paint varnishing and other finishes + Hang wallpapers and other decorative products + Clean up painting tools and supplies + Replace fixtures and rearranging furniture after completing the project + Identify machined surfaces + Maintain blast equipment + Sandblast parts + Follow visual standards + Blow down blasted parts **Requirements** + Must have driver's license and reliable transportation + Pass drug screen, and background check + Pass respirator + Understand, and blast to industry standards **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
