 What Matters Most:Competitive Pay of $17.75 per hour plus additional compensation.Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 10:30pm.Location: North Ridgeville, Ohio.Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability.Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card.When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program.  The sander  position at Riddell is responsible for sanding the paint off the helmets after being turned in for reconditioning. Checks immediate production area for adequate supplies. Requests supplies through appropriate channels.  Responsibilities:Follows work instructions/specifications to determine required exterior finish on a product and any special options. Stand on your feet for long periods of time.Work with small hand tools and sander.  Qualifications and Requirements:Manual dexterity for operating equipment and toolsFlexibility with schedule, ability to work mandatory overtime.Ability to think critically and solve problems. Benefits and Perks:$17.75 an hourMedical BenefitsReferral BonusesTraining & Growth Your New Organization:
