Essential Functions + Conduct daily sanitization and cleanliness inspections/audits; record and address issues or violations. + Correct/adjust to address cleanliness, sanitization, employee practices, food handling, temperature control, proper use and handling of cleaning & sanitizing chemicals. + Perform recording on and monitoring of forms and documents for the audit and correction functions, including local filing and online/electronic submissions per company practice, policy, and regulation. + May train, direct, or correct hourly staff to ensure policy & procedures are implemented and followed. + Maintain efficiency in sanitation during peak hours. + Ensure all processes of sanitation and safety to food handling equipment. + Ensure data integrity in observed and recorded information. + Clear and professional communication with peers, supervisors, and leadership. + Experienced knowledge of all sanitation and food handling regulations/laws. + Be Nice. Preferred Qualifications: + Hands-on work as chef, cook, or prep cook in high-volume food service operation; catering exp preferred + Current ServSafe Food Handler or Manager Certificate + Ability to lift / move up to 75lbs Apply to Levy today!
