Ensures that the Project is delivering expectation set by the Company and that which is required by MERALCO, in accordance to the Company’s commitment to Quality and Safety, thru its implemented policies and direction.  Execution planning, design and evaluation of assigned Non-Electric ProjectSite inspection, data gathering and analysis of inputs/requirements Review of applicable codes Schematic/concept design and perspective Design development of engineering design Sanitary and Plumbing design Sanitary working drawings and contract documents Assessment, Review and Validation of preliminary and final/actual design  Development of technical specification Sign and seal design plans, contract documents, building and occupancy permit application forms and other project requirements Design coordination and clarificationApplicants should possess the following qualifications:Must be a licensed Sanitary EngineerProficient in the current version of AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalAt least 2 years of experience working in design of buildings and site development
