Sanitation Crew
Reports to: Sanitation Lead
Scope
The Sanitation Crew Member maintains the facility in a sanitary manner and
follows the direction of the Sanitation Lead. The Sanitation Crew Member
works with all other Crew Members to ensure their areas are maintained in a
sanitary manner and proper procedures are followed.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure the completion of all sanitation activities in a safe and timely
manner.
2. Communicate deficiencies as necessary.
4. Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
5. Ensure all related equipment is cleaned and sanitized per schedule.
6. Follow the Sanitation Checklist and ensure that all tasks are complete.
7. Practice “Clean As You Go.”
8. Communicates any repairs and maintenance requirements to the
Sanitation Lead and the Maintenance Supervisor via a work order.
9. Report to work on time, in a clean / complete uniform, and maintain
good personal hygiene.
10. Executes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and follows safety
guidelines throughout the production shift.
11. Strictly adheres to and confers all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
1. Good work skills.
2. Self starter.
3. Prior sanitation experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Works well in a team environment.
