Job Description:

Accurately complete daily paperwork including water temperatures, cleaning schedules, chemical percentages, etc.

Performing high quality deep cleanings of our processing and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures

Collaborate with QA to ensure swabs are complete and meet standards/requirements

Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality

Operate sweepers, scrubbers, pressure washers and other sanitation equipment

Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues A

Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

ABOUT YOU:

High School, technical school education or equivalent

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

General knowledge or a willingness to learn about chemicals, proper waste disposal methods, and appropriate cleaning techniques

The desire to learn and abide by the rules regarding our good manufacturing procedures and food safety protocol

Ability to interpret, understand and follow detailed procedures

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Day or Night shift role working 12-hour shifts
