Job Description

Onin Staffing is looking for a 2nd Shift Sanitation employee to work at a peanut processing plant in Severn, NC. Lots of Overtime!

1st Shift: 5:45a - 1:45p Mon-Friday

2nd Shift: 3:45p - 1:45am Mon-Friday

Overtime as needed

Follow all sanitation and quality policies and procedures, including lock out tag out, and report any deficienciesMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform sanitary equipment maintenance as per the preventative maintenance schedule or when directed by the supervisorRestock and replenish supplies as appropriate. Maintain sanitation logsFollows all applicable GMP's for the area in which he/she is assignedMaintains and uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Other duties as assigned

Work Experience
1+ years of previous industrial cleaning experience a plus. Prior experience working in manufacturing environment a plusPerform work standing 90% of the time with frequent bending and liftingMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationsCapable of working in a fast paced environmentAbility to manage time efficiently and effectivelyMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department
