Sanitation Management:Develop and manage sanitation accounts to budget.Supervise the cleaning of the plant and equipment to meet GMP guidelines.Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP).Maintain plant cleaning schedules and sanitation chemicals supply.Ensure proper use of cleaning agents and compliance with MSDS requirements.Work with chemical suppliers to continuously improve sanitation operations.Team Supervision:Oversee daily workloads of Sanitation Specialists and the MSS Coordinator.Prioritize Sanitation Program elements and identify resources.Coordinate cleaning schedules and maintain sanitation records.Oversee and validate all CIP/COP activities.Training and Development:Develop and conduct chemical and sanitation equipment training.Ensure all associates are properly trained in sanitation activities.Support the HAZWOPER/HAZMAT team as part of the PSM program.Pest Control:Monitor and supervise all plant and cooler pest control activities.Ensure compliance with CGMP and NPMA standards.Train pest management associates in food safety requirements.Coordination and Oversight:Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.Identify and address improvement opportunities.Promote continuous learning and adaptability.Supervision and Development:Hire, train, and mentor associates.Assign duties and provide recognition.Ensure diversity awareness and create equitable opportunities.Compliance and Integrity:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.Utilize and support the Open Door Policy.You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If You

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
