We are looking for a Sanitation Manager to join our Quality team. You will be responsible for the sanitation efforts at the Amboy facility across all shifts. 

What you’ll do:

Lead efforts to enhance current sanitation practices and add more robust programs to ensure the facility is clean and sanitary at all times. Ensure employees are sufficiently trained on chemicals, equipment and the 7-steps of sanitation to be effective in the cleaning and reduce downtime on the production lines. Work closely with our chemical supplier to identify areas for improvement within the facility.

What you’ll bring: 

Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety programs, chemical handling, and preventative measures, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of production and management. Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset with the intention of streamlining team workflows.

Wage Range: 

The salary range for this position is $92,800 - 130,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
