**Sanitation Supervisor - paying up to $35/hour!** **Job Description** As a Plant Sanitation Supervisor supporting 2nd shift operations, you will maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in our Omaha, NE plant. This Full Time Onsite role requires overseeing day-to-day sanitation activities with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** + Lead all sanitation activities on assigned shift + Execute programs such as Master Sanitation Schedule, daily housekeeping, and pest control + Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and regulatory policies + Provide direction, training, and support to sanitation employees + Conduct daily inspections and audits for safety and food safety + Manage multiple projects and daily activities to achieve shift KPIs **Essential Skills** + Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting (3-5 years) + Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety, sanitation, food safety, and/or quality programs and processes (2-3 years) + Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting sanitation issues and identifying deficiencies (2 years). **Work Environment** This role is in a food manufacturing setting, reporting to a team lead. The dress code includes steel-toe shoes, hair net, beard net, no finger nail polish/fake nails, and no lash extensions. You will manage a team of 17 people.
