Ensures the successful execution of Sanitation operations, while ensuring procedures, people and resources are aligned to accomplish established goals in regards to quality, efficiency and safety.    

Duties/Activities Required by Job        

Ensure that their assigned area(s) of the plant are cleaned according to established guidelines and processing operations begin on time each day.   Supervise hourly employees performing sanitation duties, ensuring safety policies are followed and proper PPE is being worn. and safety policies are followed. Executing improvement plans.  Maintain accurate paperwork that supports the established Sanitation program. Training and educating team on food safety regulations. Ensure chemical storage and usage practices meet established safety policies. Provide training to hourly employees in proper chemical handling practices Follow prescribed HR/ Safety policies and procedures, completing Kronos and Fusion time off requests on a timely basis, completing safety and certification training.

Educations/Experience Requirements    
    

High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 year's sanitation & management experience HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) knowledge and experience.  USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines.
