Sanitation Supply Chain Leader
Overview The Sanitation SCL position will lead the sanitation agenda at the site to ensure a safe product is delivered to our consumers with respect to our brands high quality standards being met. The Sanitation SCL is responsible for a leading the Sanitation team and ensuring that the sanitation processes are being executed in order to meet all regulatory food safety requirements. What you can expect from us: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needs A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to work Inspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goals A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development Responsibilities Ensure work is being conducted in a safe manner Ensure safety and quality of our products for our consumers Responsible for a team of sanitation Technicians to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for department Manage food safety agenda for the site Support & participate in the site AIB audit Manage compliance of all sanitation requirements within QAS, AIB & F22K programs Collaborate with all departments to ensure compliance food safety & sanitation requirements Manage labour & operational supplies budget for the sanitation department Train and provide technical expertise to the team and broader organization members where appropriate Continuously assess and develop the Sanitation department’s capability and execute cross-training of San techs, hiring where needed Cultivate and foster a positive team culture within the Sanitation department Qualifications Demonstrated leadership capabilities and leading for results through others High level of skill in coaching teams and working as a team player Experience in manufacturing environment Excellent communication skills Passion for food safety Knowledge of computer applications (MS Word/Excel) High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in manufacturing environment Demonstrated people and leadership skills Team based approach to decision making Willing to travel up to 30% as required Why work at PepsiCo At PepsiCo, you’re invited to be a part of a global team of innovators who make, move, and sell these products—which are enjoyed by more than 1 billion people a day.
