Wage: $18.00/hr to start (Advanced roles can earn up to $24.00/hr) Shift: 1st Shift, full-time (some weekend work required) Location: Green Bay, WI ​ Position Summary: In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment, and facility surfaces following a set Master Cleaning Schedule. You’ll work with cleaning equipment and industrial-strength chemicals (all training and PPE provided) to ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize production equipment and surfaces Operate hoses, scrubbers, and lifts as needed Sweep, mop, and perform general facility cleaning Work at various heights using ladders or scissor lifts Follow all safety procedures and food safety regulations

Qualifications:

Previous sanitation or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Must be able to stand, bend, lift, reach, and perform physical tasks for 8+ hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights Strong attendance record and ability to follow detailed instructions High school diploma or GED preferred
