Our client, a food company in San Bernardino, CA is looking for a Sanitation Worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across production areas of their facility. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning equipment, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Clean production equipment, including tanks, conveyors, slicers, packers, floors, walls, and overhead pipes.Maintain cleanliness in outside waste areas and facility perimeter.Follow a 7-step wash process to ensure food safety and pest control.Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for sanitation.Transport trash and waste for disposal.Wear proper protective equipment during sanitation duties.Follow all company safety and quality procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols.

Requirements:

6+ months sanitation experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and LOTO procedures.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Ability to meet daily cleaning goals and work efficiently.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding, cold, wet, and noisy environment.Repetitive movements, frequent bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and cleanliness.
