Sanitor Location: Rockwall, TX Pay: $16/hour Shift: 1st shift 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday-Friday Duration: Temp to perm Duties and Responsibilities: + Responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards for a bakery food-producing plant, ensuring products are free from extraneous material and contamination. + Perform duties in all areas, including the plant, warehouse, shipping, receiving, roof, and grounds. + Check and ensure product specification standards are met while performing tasks safely and efficiently. + Follow written procedures and established GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety, and Quality policies; notify supervisors of any equipment problems. + Clean bakery equipment, follow specific instructions for flour handling, and implement pest control measures as required. Qualifications: + High School Diploma or GED preferred. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Effective problem analysis and problem-solving abilities. + Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
