1) The Business Intelligence & Analytics Team Leader is a key role in the Business Intelligence Technical Services and Architecture team and works closely with business leaders and users to implement self service BI solutions. Direct and Manage the Business Intelligence Development TeamMembers to develop the next generation business analytics solutions. This includes coaching and training internal users in the use of business intelligence presentation tools to enhance business decision-making capability. Develop standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems. Researches new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions including reports , dashboards , scorecards and mobile BI content delivery.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Development and support of an enterprise wide self-service Business Intelligence environment in a collaborative relationship with key business representatives across the organization.
· Direct and manage the Business Intelligence team developing analytic applications using SAP Business Objects BI Suite.
· Provide an agnostic evaluation of the appropriate Business Intelligence technology and processes that address specific business requirements.
· Work with business representatives to define key performance indicators, future opportunities and pain points that need to be addressed regarding analytics at the enterprise level.
· Stays current with industry trends regarding the direction of Business Intelligence such as the practical application of big data.
· Work closely with end users to produce prototypes of BI solutions and user interfaces and define end user analytical requirements.
· Develop a vision and roadmap for capturing and accessing business metadata that supports the self service Business Intelligence environment.
· Stay current with industry trends regarding the direction of Business Intelligence such as the practical application of big data.
· Demo Dashboards and Reports to the Business Team members and elicit feedback to refine the BI Deliverables.
· Develop proof of concept’s to showcase BI tool functionality to the end users and management audience including report and dashboards.
· Develop strategy for implementing BI presentation layer tools within TE Organization for the next generation data warehouse including the entire Business Intelligence (BI) stack from standard
reports, ad-hoc analysis, drill down reports ,dashboards, scorecards and analytics.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Minimum of ten years of progressive and recent experience leading the development of analytic applications in a leading business intelligence tool such as SAP Business Objects BI Suite.
· Experience in effectively communicating the relevance, value and capabilities of specific analytic solutions to the business community.
· Demonstrated leadership capabilities that include articulating a vision of future trends for analytics, developing a detailed roadmap for the realization of that vision, and managing the resources to the successful development and implementation.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and staff in a variety of business areas.
· Experience building from the ground up an enterprise self-service business intelligence environment.
· Experience with SAP Business Objects BI Suite Tools ( Web Intelligence , Dashboards / Xcelsius, Explorer, Lumira).
· Knowledge of Dimensional Data model Concepts.

· Applies knowledge in the field of Business Intelligence and Data warehousing to resolve complex issues, to analyze of situations or data which requires an evaluation of intangibles to define the solution.
· Advises TEIS Enterprise Business Intelligence management and customers on advanced technical issues and provides technical expertise within the company in the areas of Business Intelligence , Analytics , Data warehousing and Master Data Management.
· Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; presents technically complex concepts in a way to foster understanding and acknowledgement of critical information.
· Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation.
· Adapts and makes departures from traditional methods or approaches to develop solutions by evaluating a balanced risk based approach to support TEL business objectives.
