Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:\n•\tAssist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.\n•\tSupport project execution and resource allocation.\n•\tCollaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.\n•\tContribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.\n•\tProvide technical assistance to team members.\n•\tParticipate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.\n•\tCoordinate communication within the team and with other departments.\n•\tHelp identify and resolve project challenges.Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tTypically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering\n•\tProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies \n•\tDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a team\n•\tTechnical knowledge in package applications\n•\tStrong communication and leadership skills\n\nOther Qualifications:\n•\tAdvanced degree in a relevant field a plus\n•\tRelevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
