Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Analyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes, and objectives to ensure successful implementation of SAP solutions. * Develop and maintain SAP implementations at international customers, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products. * Develop necessary product modifications to meet clients’ specific requirements. * Collaborate as a professional team member in an international team, building strong relationships with clients for troubleshooting and support. * Assist in internal activities, including remote consulting, preparing training materials, and teaching on-site courses. * Continuously develop and maintain your professional learning of SAP products and technologies to stay current and provide cutting-edge solutions to clients. **Required technical and professional expertise** * A minimum of 2 years of experience as an ABAP Developer with expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, classic ABAP, or Web UI/Fiori. * Experience in at least one SAP Module. * Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude, delivering high-quality results within tight timelines while maintaining performance and documentation standards. * Technical skills to design and develop applications in detail. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to challenge and explore design and delivery plans, applying different approaches to achieve the most favorable outcomes. * Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude to drive positive change. * Willingness to learn new technical skills and adapt to evolving technologies. * Willingness to travel for international implementation projects.
