Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in Workflow and Materials Management (MM) configuration and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. ABAP Development:
• Design, develop, and test custom programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
• Develop efficient and scalable ABAP code for various SAP modules, focusing on MM.
2. Workflow Management:
• Design and implement SAP workflows for approval processes and notifications.
• Customize and troubleshoot standard and custom workflows in SAP.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand workflow requirements and ensure proper integration.
3. Materials Management (MM):
• Provide technical expertise for MM-related processes, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and materials planning.
• Develop and enhance MM-specific customizations, such as purchase order forms and material master data interfaces.
• Perform MM configuration to support business requirements and processes.
4. Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS):
• Leverage OOPS principles to design robust and reusable ABAP solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom classes, methods, and interfaces for various business scenarios.
5. Integration and Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., FI, SD, etc) to ensure seamless module integration.
• Provide technical support for SAP MM workflows and related ABAP developments.
• Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
6. Documentation and Best Practices:
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for all developments and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in ABAP development, SAP Workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MM configuration and processes.
• Experience with FIORI, IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.
• Familiarity with OOPs concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with Workflows
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP MM.
• Hands-on experience with MM processes, configuration, and enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:
1. SAP ABAP: Strong expertise in ABAP programming, including user exits, BADI, enhancements, reports, ALV, BAPIs, RFC, and batch jobs.
2. SAP Workflow: Hands-on experience in configuring, designing, and implementing workflows in SAP, with knowledge of standard workflows and custom workflows.
3. SAP MM Module: In-depth knowledge of SAP MM configuration, including vendor management, purchasing, inventory management, material master, and procurement processes.
4. SAP Interfaces: Experience in developing and maintaining interfaces between SAP and other systems (e.g., IDOCs, file-based interfaces, BAPIs).
5. Integration: Understanding of SAP integration with other modules (FI/CO, SD etc ).
6. SAP Tools: Familiarity with tools like SAP GUI, Eclipse, and SAP Web IDE for development and debugging.
7. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
8. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to document and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Good-to-Have Skills:
1. ABAP Objects (OO ABAP): Knowledge of object-oriented programming in ABAP.
2. S/4HANA: Familiarity with S/4HANA features and capabilities in ABAP and Workflow.
3. SAP MM Advanced Topics: Experience with advanced topics in SAP MM like batch management, and SAP MM EDI.
4. Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments, familiar with sprint planning and iterative development.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
