SAP ABAP HR, Lead Specialist (SAP ABAP Developer/Functional)

Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.

SAP ABAP HR,  Lead Specialist (SAP ABAP Developer/Functional)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of ABAP experience

Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any relevant degree.

HCM Experience preferred

Fiori Experience an advantage

Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML..

Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes and services

Strong knowledge of and expertise with maintenance web-based business process as a service application solutions

Motivation and desire for improvement

Commitment to the customer and the company

Motivated to achieve excellence

Orientation to the process of continued improvement

The ability to explain technical information in a clear and simpler manner

Excellent negotiation skills

A strong understanding of the business

Team working and team management experience

Job Description:

Be responsible for the development of the NGA-IP department and to the ongoing process of improvement

Spearhead initiating communications within NGA parties regarding cross tower functionalities and procedural clarity
