As the SAP ABAP Support Lead consultant, he/she should possess.
- Hands on support/Project experience with SAP ABAP in a medium- or large-sized environment.
- Should have 6 to 9 years of experience
- Should have experience in at least 2 implementation and also support project experience.
- Should have experience leading a team
- Should have complete process knowledge on Development life cycle
- SAP IS Retail experience is advantageous
- Should have good experience in designing solutions based on business requirements
- Should be very good in communication and presentation skills
- Should have excellent debugging skills
- Perform development or support independently and able to mentor juniors.
- Provide inputs/support to internal and external teams in addition to timely status updates on all work requests and issues/concerns. Willingness to work in shifts.
- Exposure to S4HANA is preferred
