SAP ADM Project Manager
CTG is seeking to fill a SAP ADM Project Manager opening for our client in Bellevue, WA. Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 12 months Duties: Lead and manage SAP ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) projects, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, and deadlines. Work closely with the project teams to define project goals, timelines, and resource needs. Oversee the development and testing of supply chain services, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. Implement Agile methodologies, leading multiple Scrum teams to ensure effective and timely delivery. Provide technical governance and ensure adherence to best practices in project management. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve any project issues. Manage and track resources, ensuring the right capabilities are available for the project's needs. Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Expertise in managing complex IT projects, particularly in SAP and digital architectures. Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience leading Scrum teams. Ability to manage resource planning, surging capabilities, and integrating additional staff based on project requirements. Solid understanding of supply chain systems and testing services. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse groups of people and executives. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Experience: Proven experience in project management, specifically in SAP ADM or a similar technical project management role. Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in managing supply chain development and testing services. Previous experience managing Agile projects, particularly in the SAP ecosystem. Familiarity with digital architecture and overseeing system development lifecycles. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
