What you’ll be doing as a SAP Administrator
To ensure that Master Data is controlled through the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to enable the facilitation of accurate recording of data input (including technical specifications and standards to ensure legal compliance of products). The Master Data Support Coordinator will co-ordinate the activities required to meet company data quality standards and focuses on continuous improvement which contributes to the Company strategy, and also demonstrates the Company values and behaviours. Responsible for document control of all master data within the company.
Key responsibilities of the SAP Administrator:
Collaborate with various business teams to uphold data management principles and accurately input data into SAP.Use Excel, Access Database, SAP, and Power BI.Improve processes and ensure compliance with data control and information flow.Coach teams on Master Data best practices and processes.Manage master data items, including product material masters, routings, BOMs, recipes, and quality management.Review KPIs for continuous improvement and data accuracy to support strategic objectives.
About you
A successful candidate should have experience working with Master Data, and possess a thorough understanding and awareness of SAP MM, PP, and SD/WM. They should have the ability to analyze, interpret, and understand data to operate ERP systems correctly. Additionally, they must understand the principles and processes of effective communication and presentation, knowing when and how to apply them in all aspects of the role.
