Make It With Pride.** The SAP Analyst plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, waste control, and financial integrity within the manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for managing inventory control processes, reconciling SAP records, developing KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and expertise in SAP and ERP systems to drive continuous improvements in inventory management and waste reduction. **What you will Bring** : A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building + Strong relationship building & communication skills + Self-Motivation with ability to make decision with minimum supervision + Ability to work under pressure & maintain flexibility + Attention to detail + Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment + Knowledge of SAP ECC (Proficient experience preferred) + Strong Financial and Operational + experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts **How you will Contribute:** + Oversee the accuracy of material batch records, maintain proper documentation, and ensure timely reconciliation of inventory transactions. + Develop and enhance operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to proactively monitor and improve waste and inventory metrics. + Ensure consistency between SAP records and internal tracking systems, identifying and closing gaps to maintain data integrity. + Partner with Warehouse teams to conduct weekly inventory counts across all manufacturing locations, ensuring accurate SAP records. + Investigate and resolve SAP consumption errors, clear COGI discrepancies, and implement strategies to improve material traceability and accuracy. + Collaborate with Business Unit Controller and key stakeholders to conduct waste analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements. + Validate and maintain accuracy of BoMs against the Master Recipe List to ensure correct material usage in production. + Leverage expertise in ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analysis to drive informed decision-making and problem-solving. **More about this role** **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Business (Required) **Job Specific Requirements:** + 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of Supply chain, Manufacturing, Inventory Management and SAP + Knowledge of MS project Officer, Excel (Macros/VBA), PowerPoint + Proficiency in SAP (required) + Food Manufacturing experience (preferred) + Problem solving and root cause analysis + IL6S + Available to work flexible hours and days as needed to meet business demands **Work Schedule:** + Monday to Friday + Usually 1st shift (8:00am - 4:00pm), but flexibility is required to work 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm | End of the month) + Weekends as needed + OT available as needed **Salary and Benefits:** + The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73K to $105K. The exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
