Execution of the SAP BI strategy aligning with business goals and objectives.Create and deliver analytics and planning products based on SAP cloud technology (SAP Analytics Cloud and DataSphere).Provide support and collaboration for and represent demand management processes to secure the Planning / Analytics roadmap and pipeline.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP BI solutions.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are delivered on time and within scope.Manage related budget and projects to ensure that financial objectives are met and on track.Oversee the acquisition and management of contractors and internal resources to deliver services.Lead requirements gathering workshops, develop functional specifications, facilitate system development/configuration, and manage all phases of SAP Analytics Cloud implementations.Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of BI solutions.Conduct regular reviews and updates to the BI product roadmap.Ensure data integrity and quality by overseeing the design and implementation of data models and ETL processes.Lead the definition and management of system-based metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and support service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure system availability is maintained and monitored.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of SAP BI tools.Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our BI capabilities.Understand business outcomes to ensure solutions are aligned with Takeda priorities and values.Set priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and develop and execute an associated plan of action.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BI product ownership or a similar role.Strong knowledge of SAP BI tools including SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.Strong knowledge in DatasphereProven experience in project management and agile methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.Professional certifications in SAP BI or related areas.Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations.
