This multifaceted role encompasses the resolution of system issues, the design and deployment of SAP and non-SAP systems, and enhancing business processes across different departments. This opportunity resides within the heart of our industry situated at our company premises. Key responsibilities: • Proactively troubleshoot system support issues to ensure seamless system functionality, performance, efficiency, and system availability. • Innovate, create, validate, deploy, and support SAP and non-SAP system solutions in keeping with technical requirements, defined timelines, and quality criteria. • Launch, sustain, and adhere to ERP governance process and policies. • Engage cooperatively with business departments to refine processes and provide insightful recommendations with a prime focus on Sales & Distribution, Warehouse, and Procurement modules. • Generate detailed functional documentation charting Information Systems and business requirements. • Facilitate process enhancements within departments and devise clear work instructions for SAP supported processes. • Oversee the ManageEngine queue daily to achieve prompt completion of enhancement and support requests. • Undertake mass data uploads as required, overseeing the testing process and acquiring final business approval. • Comprehend and strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the QA manual. • Exhibit required behavioral competencies and relevant skills with precision and consistency to realize the company's vision and expectations. Requirements Applicant must-haves: • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a SAP Application Analyst or in a akin role. • Solid expertise in Client Side Scripting. • Vast knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies. • Know-how about CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. • Proficient in Microsoft tools and suite. • Prior experience with AB Testing. • Skills in API development. • Comprehensive knowledge of Business Process Functions. • Experience in creating precise and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents. • Familiarity and experience in Configuration Management. • SAP proficiency is critical. • Familiarity with SAP ERP, SAP Manufacturing, and SAP SD Sales & Distribution.
