Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive SAP Application Support Lead to oversee the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact for SAP-related issues, managing a team of support professionals, ensuring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions that align with business needs. This role requires deep expertise in SAP modules, excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-centric approach. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications + Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SAP (ERP/CRM/S/4HANA) modules relevant to [e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, etc.]. + Experience: 5–7 years of SAP support experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Certifications: SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP Certified Technology Associate) are highly preferred. + Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a structured approach to issue resolution. + Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and foster a culture of collaboration. + Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex SAP concepts to non-technical users.
