Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a **SAP BASIS Administrator** . As a **SAP BASIS Administrator** , responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: + Designing and implementing SAP environments and develop creative solutions to meet database performance. + Handling and ensuring availability and performance of SAP systems, including underlying databases and servers. + Ensures system performance, availability, and security + Monitor and Tune SAP performance. + Monitor and troubleshoot system issues + Lead Production SAP landscapes. + Lead functional teams/end users to dedicatedly identify, resolve, and eliminate production issues and performance variances. + Implement and manage backups and disaster recovery strategies + Evaluate and apply updates and patches, as required. + Document procedures and system changes. + Administer system and end-user security using the SAP profile configurator and related transactions, maintaining documentation and following established procedures. + Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems + Create and maintain system documentation + Manage user authorizations and access + Plan and execute system upgrades and patches + Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SAP systems with other applications + Implement and manage backups and disaster recovery strategies + Conduct system analysis and design for process optimization. **Experience Requirements:** + Ten (10) years of technical experience providing software development, database system development, software programming and applications management across multiple software platforms. + Experience with AWS Cloud implementation + Demonstrates ability to work independently based on the strategic plan, or under general direction. + DoD experience _preferred_ . **Educational Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. _An additional 2 years of SAP BASIS or equivalent COTS experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree._ **Security Requirements:** + U.S. Citizenship required + Active DoD Security Clearance **_I_** **_magine One offers a full package of benefits and competitive salary, excellent group medical, vision and dental programs. 401K savings plan; $4K annual tuition reimbursement ($5K if pursuing Master’s degree); employee training, development and education programs; profit sharing; advancement opportunities; and much more!_** **_ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27001:2013_** **_CMMI Development and Services - Maturity Level 3_** **_An Employee-Owned Business_** **_Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
