Together with business customer journey experts, solution architects and other DevOps colleagues you build our next generation banking applications.

Your Profile

Perform SAP Basis Administration activities including installation, configuration and maintenance of multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, acceptance, and production)Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability/availabilityDesign and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availabilityMaintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategiesParticipate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgradesApply and migrate SAP maintenance through all systems using a structured methodologyResponsible to ensure platform operation procedure and operation control execution being in line with information security baselineDocument SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services

Key Qualifications

5-10+ years of SAP Basis administration experience, preferably with S/4 HANA work experienceProficiency in SAP system performance tuning and troubleshootingAt least 5 years’ experience in monitoring and troubleshooting of HANA and Oracle databases running on Linux platformExperience in high availability, disaster recovery, system refreshes and backup mechanismsExperience with SAP system upgrades, patches, and installationsAbility to take ownership of work activities and complete in a timely and efficient mannerAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams spread across regionsProven problem-solving abilities and attention to detailsGood interpersonal skills, inclusive mindset, and a critical thinkerWilling to work in non-office hours and public holiday (supported under firm’s compensation policy)Relevant SAP certification is an advantage
