Key Responsibilities:

Define, test, train, implement, and support ERP system functional areasPerform business analysis and follow through the development life cycleEducate team members on ERP workflows and processesCoordinate and communicate system change requirementsTranslate business needs into technical requirementsHandle several components of a project or complex project componentsTroubleshoot basic problems and recommend appropriate actions
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of related experience preferredStrong written and oral communication skills
 

Skills & Knowledge:

Understand and apply principles and practices in a professional fieldLikely newly professionally qualified or with extensive experience in a complex technical areaDetermine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes as requiredKnowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures
