Job Description Responsible for overall management of SAP BASIS team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing different SAP applications and databases.

Responsible for system integration for both SAP and non-SAP systems.

Responsible for various SAP system activities like system integration, system refresh, installation, upgrade, and migration.

Responsible for ensuring all SAP system landscapes are in perfect health by introducing continuous improvements and initiatives.

Responsible for managing and coordinating with a team of System Administrators, Database Administrators, and other technical resources in handling critical production issues.

COMPETENCIES

Must have at least 2 years experience in using core SAP system S/4 HANA

Must have at least 7 years experience in SAP BASIS 

CORE TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Must haves: SAP BASIS Administration, System Integration, User and Authorization Management, System Troubleshooting, System Copies and Refreshes, OS Administration, Database Administration

Preferred with: SAP System Upgrade, SAP System Migration, SAP Solution Manager Implementation, Disaster Recovery

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES

Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision

Must be goal-oriented

Provides constant feedback to immediate superior

Regularly updates one’s knowledge in SAP technologies

Has initiative to do own research work

Experience in leading a team of BASIS resources (nice to have)

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field of study
