Position Title: SAP Basis Project Manager
Location: Remote/On-site (as required by the project)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP Basis projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.Oversee the end-to-end SAP Basis migration processes, including both homogeneous and heterogeneous migrations.Coordinate and manage workloads for Delivery Leads (DLs) and ensure efficient resource allocation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and milestones.Monitor project progress and address any deviations, risks, or issues promptly.Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates and ensure alignment with objectives.Ensure compliance with technical standards, methodologies, and best practices during project delivery.Document project plans, and learned lessons, and provide post-implementation support if required.

Requirements:

Seniority: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, including migrations involving Cloud databases.Strong understanding of SAP Basis architecture, migration techniques, and best practices.Experience in leading teams, managing workloads, and collaborating with Delivery Leads (DLs).Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure smooth project execution.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Nice to have:

SAP migration certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.Experience with cloud-based SAP environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
