As a SAP BASIS Specialist you will be part of the Digital Office Enterprise Applications SC & ERP Found TA Ops Basis team and will be responsible for the technical management and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring their stability, performance, and security. They act as the bridge between SAP applications and the underlying infrastructure (servers, databases, etc.).

 

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with 3 - 6 Years of SAP BASIS Experience Perform core Basis activities like Monitoring, Landscape mgmt., Transport Management, Patching, SAP Kernel and SAP Version Upgrades SAP Transport Management, SAP System Client copy, refresh, and license management Hands on experience in SAP Kernel maintenance, SAP Patch management, SAP Application Upgrade, Language installation, SSO SAP Routers configuration and administration Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security, Single Sign-ON Technologies Hands on experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 setups for Technical Monitoring scenarios including BPM, Interface Monitoring, DVM Ability to identify problems and perform analysis to fix Problems

 

It would be nice if you also had:

Maintaining DB Parameters, SSL, SNC and SSO configuration. Knowledge in solution manager configurations Understanding about SoX and Audit Procedures. Ability to execute IT Controls, handle Internal and external Audit from SAP Basis perspective.

 

As part of our team, you will:

Provide SAP Basis support for Nokia’s SAP environment ranging from SAP R/3 4.6c to SAP S/4 HANA 2020 systems Manage Database activities for SAP Systems on Oracle, IBM DB2 LUW, HANA and SAP ASE Responsible for ensuring SLA for Requests, Incidents are delivered within the SLA. Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance. Should be able to study EWA and provide recommendations as relevant to stake holders and respective tower. Knowledge of ITIL framework and ensure quality meets compliance requirements Ability to work in shifts and deliver 24*7 support
