**Who we’re looking for**
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead as a Technical Product Owner for SAP BPC and SAC production support. In addition, this role is to lead, manage, kaizen, formalize KPI’s for BPC and SAC and be responsible for upgrade and maintenance activities. A key responsibility is effective, timely communication to cross-team peers, managers, Center of Excellence leads and business partners, as well as periodic executive communications.
Reporting to the One Tech Business Transformation and Application Modernization Finance Manager, the person in this role will support the Business Transformation Platform department's objective to provide a modern, highly available, stable and flexible SAP Platform with industry-leading practices supporting Toyota’s future of mobility.
**What you’ll be doing**
+ Support the design, implementation and maintenance of SAP BPC, SAC and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) solutions, including technical and functional aspects
+ Administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving functional and technical problems around BW/4HANA, BPC and SAC
+ Ensure continuous improvement of existing tasks and processes and manage ongoing knowledge transfer sessions from Solution Implementers to internal team members and/or between team members to retain and share knowledge
+ Provide comprehensive short-term and long-term direction on BPC, BW and SAC strategic essentials and recommend innovations in anticipation of the future direction of the business and IT stakeholders
+ Evaluate and lead the installation of SAP BPC functional and technical support packs/enhancement packs required for Toyota and ensure the solution adheres to SAP best practices
+ Understand the implementation methodology and technology for critical manufacturing plants and Accounting and Finance (A&F) reporting and support going forward
+ Coach other team members on developing stronger technical skills across multiple areas with the primary focus being SAP BPC and SAC
+ Stay current on the future functional and technical strategic directions of SAP BPC and SAC and ensure Toyota’s BPC and SAC roadmaps are consistent with SAP product development
+ Translate business needs into solution architectural requirements and deliver financial reporting and complex planning solutions for TMNA Accounting and Finance
+ Combine deep planning and consolidations process expertise with expert technical and functional level knowledge of SAP BPC
+ Leverage the best practices embedded within the SAP BPC and SAC applications and manage regular SAP BPC and SAC releases and upgrades
+ Provide strategic planning and continuous improvement of SAP BPC and SAC functional and technical capabilities
+ Enhance SAP BPC efficiency, stability, security, and reduce total cost of ownership
+ Lead in all phases of the SAP BPC and SAC life cycle including POC, blueprinting, mapping, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support
+ Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems, rather than reactive
+ Lead and provide expertise in the area of consolidation business rules, complex driver-based planning calculations for labor, volume and sales
+ Support business during critical month end close activities including the financial consolidation process and Financial Reporting; Assist in training and system preparation for annual budget and quarterly forecasts
+ Responsible for data integrity between SAP S/4HANA transactional and master data and BW/4HANA and between BPC models and SAC
+ Collaborate closely with COE and business key stakeholders to understand current condition, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, deliver enhancements to improve quality and productivity
+ Collaborate closely with SAP on BPC technology roadmap to optimize Toyota’s investment for maximum returns
+ Provide detailed guidance and definition on how SAP BPC will support business requirements and create and maintain functional/business requirements and technical specifications
+ Coach other team members to develop stronger functional and technical SAP BPC skills
+ Establish project and operational key performance indicators, measure plan vs. actual, develop kaizen plans and communicate accurate status of deliverables, SLA’s, risks and issues
+ Enhance current SAP BPC and BW4HANA configuration/technical design and assess system and process efficiencies to optimize business processes
+ Be the SAP BPC technical Subject Matter Expert to the ERP Experience team and provide operational efficiency to projects and the competency center
+ Support legacy planning solutions and own the activities to decommission legacy solutions after the business has fully transitioned to SAP
**What you bring**
+ Experience using verbal and written communication skills effectively, including the ability to work across teams, and the ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders while implementing SAP BPC, as well as other complex projects
+ 10+ Years of experience implementing SAP BPC and SAP BW, including experience with SAP BPC 2021 and BW/4HANA 2021
+ 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring SAP BPC consolidation business rules, complex driver-based planning logic, input schedules, reports, data manager packages, master data, security profiles, and general system support and maintenance
+ Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, experience
+ 10 years of business and functional requirements analysis experience
+ Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex integrated applications
+ At least 5 SAP full life cycle implementation projects serving in a hands-on and lead capacity including support and debugging
**What you may bring**
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science and/or Business Administration or Equivalent
+ Ability to work with large, distributed teams onshore and offshore with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-pressure culture
+ Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies
+ 5 Full Life Cycle Implementation Experience
+ Function/Technical Capacity and Lead Roles
+ Strong Business Process Knowledge
+ 5 full life cycle implementations (Prior experience defining/implementing worldwide solutions across multiple legal entities in highly complex systems and project environments) serving as design lead
+ Experience in working in an onshore / offshore model
