We are now recruiting for an experienced and pro-active SAP Business Systems Analyst – Plant Maintenance, to join the team based in our modern Skygate office near Brisbane Airport.

Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Services & Governance this full-time position will play an integral part in supporting, maintaining and optimising business processes in the organisation.

In your new role, you will:

Configure and set up master data in SAP R/3 ECC6 and future S/4HANA environments – in particular the SAP Plant Maintenance module and all integration points.

Collaborate with cross-functional IT, process teams and internal customers to identify business processes suitable for streamlining and jointly confirm solutions meet business needs.

Analyse business requirements, document, design, build, test and deploy SAP solutions to improve business processes.

Support and maintain the SAP system and other integrated systems (including a mobile solution), trouble shoot and resolve issues creatively and effectively.

Work collaboratively with Project Management team, Change Management, and appropriate business departments to support acceptance of IT products & services, support project timelines while challenging design exceptions.

Work closely with the team and appropriate internal customers to identify business process areas and reporting requirements.

Influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Ensure compliance with Heidelberg Materials policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Stay updated with the latest knowledge and attend training/development courses as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

SAP R/3 ECC6 Plant Maintenance configuration and master data knowledge / experience. S/4HANA Plant Maintenance configuration and master data knowledge / experience an advantage.

Excellent and detailed understanding of business processes covering SAP Plant Maintenance.

Familiarity with applying technology to meet business requirements and an in depth knowledge of how IT impacts business operations.

Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
