You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** This role will be responsible for technical analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and defect resolution of SAP BW/HANA data flows & associated reporting capabilities. Work with Client, partner with other team members to provide, drive, and own developments from simple to high complexity BW4HANA backend solutions considering best practices and performance. Skills: ->BW 1) SAP At least 8+ years of experience implementing SAP BW. 2) Strong BW backend development skills. 3) Experience working with BW DSO’s, Transformations, and DTP’s, Process Chains, Composite Providers etc. 4) Experience is creating BW/S4 data sources, custom extractors & extractor enhancements, implementing standard/custom extractors with delta loads. 5) Strong ABAP programming skills in Enhancing Data sources, BADI’s, ABAP Function Modules, Customer Exits etc. BW4HANA, and S/4 experience is mandatory. ->HANA 1) At least two (2 +) years of experience implementing SAP BW/HANA. 2) Hands Experience on HANA (CDS views, Procedures, HANA Views, Inline ABAP, Table Functions, SQL Language in HANA) 3) Ability to develop complex Calculation Views and Supporting Views within HANA Studio. 4) Ability to create and maintain procedures Preferred. 5) Experience with native SAP HANA modeling using highly complex joins. **Preferred technical and professional experience** N/A
