RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong software product lifecycle management in the BW Reporting and Analytics space with hands on experience on SAP HANA and other new generation cloud technologiesDesign and develop a HANA based BI solution that utilizes SAP BW, HANA Views, Predictive Analytics LibraryCreate HANA Views, Stored Procedure as per guidelinesWork in HANA Studio to build predictive models and advance analytical algorithmsHands on experience on APO & ECC extractors incl. creation of custom extractors and a thorough knowledge on APO & ECC tablesCreate pipes / queries that enable automatic pullsKnowledge of BI and Analytical tools such as SAP Lumira, Tableau, Power BI etcStrong knowledge and capability to lead requirement gathering sessions, solutions design and blue printing to design and develop analytical solutionsDetailed knowledge of reporting and Analytics in the following SAP process areas Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounts Payables, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance and Sales and DistributionMust have SAP solution and Project Leadership and Analyst experience in at least 4 full cycle implementations as a LeadVery good communication skills to interact with all levels of user base including senior managementDefine, instigate, support, and implement a strong and controlled solution development methodologyMaximize team performance through effective planning and management

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

4-8 years of hands-on experience in building and delivering BI solutions using SAP BW & HANAMinimum 2-3 full-life cycle implementations experience covering all major areas of SAP BIA very thorough understanding of BW & HANA architectureHands on exp in SAP BW 7.3/7.4 (BW on HANA) and BW4HANA is added advantageExperience in BW ABAP and creation of Custom extractors using ABAP, CDS viewsHands-on experience in building dashboards, reports using Design Studio/Lumira is a plus.Good understanding of cloud based BI solutions (SAC, Tableau, Power BI)Should have capability to design the analysis, as well as drive its usage and prove value to the businessShould have influenced decision making by presenting recommendations/ insights

EDUCATION:

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
