As our SAP Change Consultant you will work within engagement teams to deliver change solutions for clients and deliver projects across the full change spectrum. You will:
Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentations Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on change and learning projects An active member of the EY Change and Learning Community, assisting with inclusion and belonging of team members and operating as a part of a high performing team

Extensive experience in delivering change management on large SAP programs Specific SAP module experience includes Procurement, Supply Chain or Maintenance Competency in leading the change effort in functional areas (Procurement or Supply Chain or Maintenance) Experience using complex quantitative and qualitative data to provide analysis Demonstrable ability to work with client stakeholders and establish rapport Understand the impact of change management to enable/enhance workforce performance, engagement, and wellbeing Knowledge of/experience in any of the following technologies and their organisational implications: Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) and enabling software (e.g., Blue Prism)
