What you'll do:
Monitor global queue of urgent customer problems and ensure the processing. Assistance to CIM Duty Lead in the daily cooperation within Mission Critical Support team Align, write and upload Meeting Minutes Help CIM GC team members in their activities and projects Close cooperation with SAP Product Support and Development Support organizations Professional, proactive communication with SAP customers & colleagues Prepare presentations and statistical reports Cooperate with support consultants in specified field. Internal contact with colleagues from other departments globally. Record and report daily work to team lead.

Candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program which is applicable to the position (computer science or equivalent proven experience) Open and professional communication style Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly Willing of working in an international environment Work schedule: 4-5 day includes weekend Internship Duration: 6~18 months Will graduate in 2025 Jun or 2026
Meet your team:
MCC (Mission Control Center) CIM (Critical Incident Management) provide rapid response for critical, single SAP incidents and mitigate high-risk situations impacting customer business processes while exhibiting empathy, urgency, and collaboration throughout internal and external teams.
CIM provides a globally accessible escalation point into SAP support for the escalation of existing customer incidents. CIM is the default engagement for all single incident requests with the aim to stabilize and ensure that the standard support process has a fair chance to be executed or in case of being in limbo, to be reestablished.
