We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI Consultant to lead the design and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) in a global S4 HANA migration project. The role involves working closely with business process owners, translating business needs into Business Process Master List (BPML), developing a global template, and ensuring a successful global rollout across multiple entities. The consultant will collaborate extensively with business process owners and cross-functional teams during the design and implementation phases.

**How You'll Create Possibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Process Mapping**
Collaborate with business process owners to analyse and map financial processes into BPML.
**Global Process Template**
Lead the design and development of a global SAP FI template, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
**Configuration & Customization**
Perform and oversee configurations in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL), ensuring integration with other modules.
**Collaboration with Development**
Work with development teams to define functional specifications and review technical designs.
**Project Leadership**
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication during the template rollout phases.
**Testing & Quality Assurance**
Create test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure consistency across entities.
**Data Migration & Cutover**
Lead migration of financial data from ECC6 to S4 HANA, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
**Training & Support**
Develop end-user training materials and provide post-go-live support.
**Continuous Improvement**
Propose improvements using S4 HANA functionalities to optimize business processes.
**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Key Qualifications**
**Educational Background**
Bachelor’s or master’s in finance, Accounting, or IT. SAP FI Certification preferred.
**Experience**
8-10 years in SAP FI with at least two full-cycle implementations. Global rollout experience is a plus.
**Technical Skills**
Deep knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA) and integration with CO, SD, MM, and S4 HANA Finance.
**Project Management**
Experience managing large-scale SAP projects, with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
**Communication Skills**
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating complex technical details to business stakeholders.
**Problem-Solving**
Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and implement solutions effectively.
**SAP Tools**
Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, and related SAP tools.
**Preferred Skills**
**SAP S4 HANA Finance**
Experience in migrating from ECC 6 to S4 HANA.
**SAP Controlling (CO)**
Knowledge of integration points between FI and CO.
**Financial Planning Tools**
Experience with SAP BPC or other financial planning tools.
**Regulatory Knowledge**
Familiarity with regional regulatory and compliance requirements.
