The Audit Client Services Specialist is a highly focused position responsible for ensuring clients that have purchased Audit receive excellent customer service. The Client Services Specialist will communicate with key stakeholders via phone or email to respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner ensuring that issues are resolved and escalated as appropriate. The Client Services Specialist will carry out on-boarding activities and will produce audit dashboards. The Client Services Specialist will build trust between the client and the business by providing exceptional and timely assistance, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Continuously striving to understand our clients’ needs and provide support that exceeds their expectations. Utilizing our technical knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals and objectives.
The position requires outstanding customer service and communication skills, knowledge of audit and system configuration.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external. Manage and support assigned clients with incoming T&E audit queries. Build and maintain client relationships via call, email and face to face. Configure clients audit profiles to enable the audit team to audit accurately. Provide configuration support for updates identified after the on-boarding has occurred. Work with the Implementation Project Manager assigned to timely on-board new clients to the audit service. Create Audit dashboards to provide the client with an insight into their audit usage and to highlight exceptions flagged by the Audit team. Analyze and identify opportunities to improve the SAP Concur Audit service. Supporting management with client escalations. Participate and engage in team meetings.
What you bring:
Fluency in French and English (other languages would be beneficial to the role). Experience with Audit functionality. Experience in system configuration activities. Experience in customer facing roles Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow through on requests. Effective knowledge of customer care techniques and processes. Exceptional analytical and listening skills. Able to adapt and be flexible to high pressure situations. Proficient in HMC, Service Work Bench, Salesforce, Ms Office Tools
