This person will collaborate with field marketing, sales, event and content marketing, marketing operations and others to execute marketing tactics including, but not limited to direct mail and email programs and analysis to support our direct sales channels. The Programs Marketing Manager will be accountable for executing tactics which align to the overall strategy of our Field Marketing Managers. Because of the various tactics and teams that you would be working with its important that you have a full understanding of the financial and operational aspects of the business. There is a need for strategic thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to drive the company's growth and profitability. Additionally, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make sound business decisions. **Position Requirements** **Roles/Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales. + Act as a super user of Marketo and Salesforce.com to create, improve, deliver and evaluate marketing campaigns. + Engage with different departments to coordinate efforts, communicate strategies and optimize the impact of marketing activities. + Monitor marketplace trends and industry changes, adjusting marketing plans proactively to ensure continued success. + Own and manage the marketing calendar (Wrike) and ensuring all project tasks are delivered on time. + Provide recommendations for process improvements, manage projects, and drive synergy across the marketing function. + Oversee and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities. **Qualifications** **Education, Experience & Training required:** + Degree level education with 3-5 years marketing experience in B2B industry. + Experience executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. + Experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo) content and calendar management tools (Wrike), and business insights tools (Tableau). **Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:** + Strong written, verbal and presentation communication and influential skills. + Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability. + Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. + Responsible for prioritizing daily and weekly tasks in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives. + Strong attention to detail to ensure that all marketing tactics are executed without errors and that project timelines are met. + Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market dynamics. + Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks. + Knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration. **Bring out your best** SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively. The targeted combined range for this position is 87800 - 149300(USD) USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
