Job Description

Tasks:

You will be responsible for modeling internal customer’s requirement for material master data in SAP S4 systemsYou work closely with our internal customers to gather and discuss material master related business requirementsYou consolidate the requirements, derive the technical concept, design solution and align it with architectsYou will be responsible for the implementation / configuration in the systems either yourself or in collaboration with other teams you consult other teams in the implementation

In-depth technical knowledge about the SAP material master (PDM):Customizing (all views), which includes the extension of sub screens with additional (customer-specific) fieldsData model (all views)ClassificationAuthorization conceptEnhancement implementationsProcess knowledge in at least one SAP end-to-end process or module with a strong focus on material masterKnowledge about material master related SAP PDM objects like BoM, Change Master, Document Info RecordExperience with SAP R3 and S4 configuration (SPRO)Knowledge in technical aspect of SAP:Basic skills in ABAP/4, ABAP OO programingDebugging skillsExperience in analyzing in SAP technical objects settings (ABAP workbench, ABAP Dictionary)BRF+ basic knowledgeBasis knowledge of SAP interface for Master Data distribution (EDI/ALE, IDOCs)Excellent English language skills, both written and verbalExcellent communication skillsExperience and joy in working in virtual, intercultural teamsHigh degree of personal responsibility

 

Education/ Experience:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 5 years hands-on material master customizing and enhancement experienceAt least 5 years experience in agile SAP implementation or rollout projects in a technical role (consultant, developer or solution architect)
