Principal Accountabilities:

Analyze, evaluate, modify, configure, test, and implement enterprise-wide systems (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft).Prepare application system specifications.Plan, implement, and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, or maintenance.
 

Responsibilities:

Define, test, train, implement, and support ERP functional areas.Perform business analysis and follow through the full development life cycle.Educate others on ERP workflows, business processes, and reporting metrics.Coordinate and communicate system change requirements.Translate business needs into technical requirements.Troubleshoot basic problems and recommend actions.
 

Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of related experience preferred.Strong written and oral communication skills.
