**Job Description**
Our Animal Health IT team is seeking a motivated, agile, and results-driven individual to join the Animal Health IT's Enterprise Process Management Global Business Solution team, with a strong focus on Finance Analytics Solutions & Insights. This role requires both architectural expertise and hands-on development skills in SAP HANA and BW to design, implement, and optimize analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, translating them into scalable, high-performance solutions that enhance decision-making across key finance domains, including Account to Reporting, Order to Cash, Financial Planning and Source to Settle.
A key value driver for the finance business is the ability to leverage data and insights for strategic decision-making. This individual will also collaborate with Enterprise Process Management and technology teams to deliver reports and dashboards within the Finance and Enterprise Process Management domains.
The role will require strong collaboration with stakeholders across our company's Animal Health, Global Business Service Centers, Global Finance, Architecture, Engineering & Delivery, Regional IT, and Local In-Country Finance departments to drive innovation and digital transformation in analytics.
**Primary activities will include, but are not limited to:**
+ Architect, design, and optimize SAP HANA models and BW data flows to enhance Financial Analytics and Reporting capabilities.
+ Ensure best practices in SAP HANA and BW architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization to support large-scale finance analytics projects.
+ Gather and document requirements, collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to design integrated solutions, and execute testing to verify alignment with Finance.
+ Support the creation of sustainable reporting capabilities for actionable insights.
+ Identify opportunities to leverage data across the financial value chain to develop insights.
+ Perform value-add analysis, share insights, and promote the adoption of our solutions.
+ Collaborate in a networked team to share best practices and improve outcomes.
+ The role includes approximately 20% travel.
**Required Experience and Skills:**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
**Technical & Functional Expertise**
+ Proven experience with SAP BW and SAP Analytics tools - minimum five years.
+ Experience with a focus on innovation, optimizing processes, and deployment of new functionality.
+ Financial acumen and end-to-end business & technology process knowledge.
+ Knowledge of new and emerging technologies.

**U.S. Hybrid Work Model**

Expected US salary range:
$114,700.00 - $180,500.00
