This role demands expertise in controlling master data flow between SAP and non-SAP applications with predefined data models. Key Responsibilities: * Architect and formulate comprehensive data strategies and architectures to support large-scale transformation programs. * Design and implement master data solutions adhering to enterprise standards and best practices. * Plan, execute, and supervise data migration strategies in diverse customer projects, guaranteeing smooth data transitions. * Lead and manage the data migration stream, liaising with numerous stakeholders to ensure project success. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and team members on master data concepts and best practices. * Partner closely with customers to comprehend their data needs, offer solutions, and maintain satisfaction. * Spearhead the governance of master data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across all systems. * Direct, mentor, and guide a team of data professionals, cultivating a collaborative and productive work environment. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Demonstrated experience in leading data migration team in SAP S/4HANA transformation program * Architecting and deploying data strategies and architectures. * Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance and/or other Master Data Management solutions. * Thorough understanding of data migration methodologies and approaches. * Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to elucidate intricate master data concepts clearly. * History of conducting workshops and training sessions. * Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and project teams. * Robust leadership skills, with experience in managing and guiding teams. * Knowledge of data governance principles and practices. * Analytical acumen coupled with potent problem-solving capabilities. * Finnish passport required * Finnish language required
