Responsibilities As part of AMESA/APAC Sector Data Product Manager team, The job requires participating and leading delivery in the Data Analytics and AI initiatives and work closely with Business and IT teams to shape up the requirement and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful delivery. Participate in shaping up New Business Requirements / Demand Management / Architecture / Estimations / Work Intake / Project delivery & sustain Should be good in following technical areas: Basic SAP BW/HANA reporting experience, knowledge on MS Azure Cloud Analytics stack (Blob, Synapse, Data Bricks, Data Lake), ETL, Power BI, AA/ML To stay on top of sustain issues and work with assigned resources and sustain leads to ensure timely closure. Weekly/fortnightly updates to Stakeholders on the Projects/Sustain issues. Participate in key Data Analytics and AI solution and provide necessary support to define the right architecture and solution Participate to ensure solution design and build to ensure Scalability, performance, and reuse Required tracking to Ensure on time and on budget delivery of initiatives which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards. Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing, balancing demand and available resources Work with local and sector partners to effectively deliver and maintain Sector Analytics applications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, or related field Overall 8+ years’ experience in Data & analytics field 3+ years of experience in SAP BW/ECC/S4/HANA Data Warehousing experience which is critical for Data experience Minimum 2+ years in Microsoft Azure development and Power Platform. Experience in Advance Analytics and GenAI will be an added advantage MS Azure architecture and working knowledge of common services like Blob, Data Lake, AAS, SQL, synapse etc. SAP BW/HANA/ECC/S4 experience for functional/data experience knowledge on BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and/or SAP Business Objects Participated/executed projects involving Advanced Analytics will be added advantage Non technical Skills – Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills Handles day-to-day issues within the work team. Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively. Leading and setting team priorities. Fully understand data, systems, and end to end business processes within multiple functional areas. Sees and coaches’ others on connections between data and process. Understands business needs and the impact of his/her/team activities. To develop In-depth understanding of Pepsi Co products, services, business processes and business function directly related to the functional area. Understands business direction and assesses business impact when evaluating data solutions.
